The "Upper" |

The "UPPER"
In at Palisades
Out at Conant Ramp
This float is approximately 15 miles in length with many opportunities for wading and fishing productive ripples. The Upper provides superb dry fly action with abundant quantities of Rainbows and hybrid Cutbows that love to dance when hooked. The Upper is also flush with the fish the Snake is famous for; the prized native Cutthroat trout. A trip you will always remembers for years to come. Most can never get enough of this section of the river- try it and you will know why.

The "CANYON"
In at Conant Ramp
Out at Byington Ramp
A picturesque 26 mile float that provides an unparallelled view of the Snake River Canyon with beautiful high walls, pristine water and many places for large trout to hide. There will be no doubt in your mind why this portion of the Snake is called the "Canyon."

The "LOWER"
In at Byington Ramp
Out at Lorenzo Ramp
This is lunker Brown trout country and provides the best opportunity to hook up with a real "toilet flusher" (you'll understand that lingo when one of those huge Brown trout give you a serious hit and does everything in their power to get unhooked). This section has many downed trees, abundant wildlife and many diversion channels. This float is approximately 12 miles.

Out at Byington Ramp
This float includes 2 days of fishing and 1 night in a deluxe camp on the river at Heise's Campsite. Wake up on the 2nd day to a gourmet breakfast and steaming hot coffee. There are also two lunches and a "not to be forgotten" dinner.
The fishing, the camaraderie and the food will make this a memorable experience for you and your party. |
